what you can do is under your email app, click on the email that you want to
forward, and then just hit your menu button and click on forward, and once
you have that set and ready to send use your arrow key down to search for
the send button, and that's all.
or just use K9 mail to forward any emails.

Not in MA that I know of. The GMail app is capable of it, but it's a
little
trick to find. Under More options on my phone. Although that gets tricky
too, because there are two "more options" buttons.
