After being told for about a year that Motorola will have an upgrade to
ICS for my Photon, I find out today that they changed their mind.

So instead of taking their credit of $100 towards another motorola
phone, I'll be going with something else when that time comes when I'm
granted permission from Sprint to upgrade.
