Nothing here is as simular to voice over except using talkback in Jelly bean. I would avoid HTC phone's like a plaig because some of the stuff they skin android over with "HTC sense" brake accessibility. Samsung does do a skin over-lay but the touch wiz is accessible after 4.0 ICS. I have the galaxy sIII and use many apps with it. Yelp is acessible, skype is accessible but a few buttons are unlabeled and many more see http://www.androidaccess.net for accessible apps. The android is not like the Iphone because its a different OS and its for the most part an Open platform unlike IOS which is a closed one.
