You could try that, but first, try tapping the home or combo button on your phone and see if that restores it. Tap it a couple of times as you might have the default screen coming up. I am wondering if you had him go to settings, accessibility, and place a check on mobile accessibility and possibly accessibility if it wasn't checked. Question: Since the relay uses ICS why did you use mobile accessibility?

By the way, I will ask that question until Code factory gets off its butt and improves MA, no excuses, fix the shortcomings. At this point multiple updates are essential to show they are working on the problem.

I am tired of being part of their free tech support while they do nothing to support product development.

I just bought the Samsung Relay this morning. Unfortunately, I have lost Mobile Accessibility. The guy who set it up made it my home screen. Can I just turn my phone off so it would come back up again or do I need to get sighted assistance to fix it? Thanks.
