Try looking at your blue tooth manufacturers website, at voice actions Jeanie, or robin. Maybe try Iris, but I don't know about that one. Anyway, there are many solutions for what you are wanting to do. Also, try motospeak, Motorola's voice command app as well. One of those should work for you.
