Yes, I only have Gmail. April in the store was kind of dumb and admitted
that she didn't really have technical expertise. Jason got snagged away, or
I think he would have helped me. Again, I have only Gmail running; went
into accounts and Sync removed all information and put it back for my email,
but still no results. I know there is a ways to fix this, because it's
happened before, but I don't know what to do.

I took my phone to the Verizon Store and got two people that didn't know how
to help me. What it is is that when I go into email from the MA screen, I
cannot get my email to download there. I get "Data Not Available, check
your Email settings and Internet connection". I can get into the Internet
just fine. The people at the store did did try removing my information and
putting back in. They couldn't help me. One lady admitted she wasn't real
technical. What can I do when MA messes up with my email? Please send me
some steps. Help ASAP. Thank you.

Hello,

I also have a new droid 4, and I am having incredible problems getting
things to work on it. I hope someone that has a droid 4 can help us.
