Try this, try with your physical keyboard closed to use explore by
touch. This is using your gestures and not your directional keypad.

Can you provide a little more information?
What is exactly happening when you try to access it. Is anything
spoken, can you explore by touch? Does your directional keypad work?
I am assuming you are using ma, have you tried switching from ma to
talk back and seeing if a different result is had?
