That happens allot when I use my Bluetooth. What you can do, if you have a physical keyboard, then use your down arrow key, and hit your enter or ok, button. Your phone would vibrate twice and the speech would come on right after. If you don’t have a physical keyboard, you can tap the center of your screen, or you can hit your menu key, to unfreeze the screen, and then tap the center of your screen to close the error message, and get the speech running again. Also if this happens when you are on your Bluetooth, then you would have to shut off your Bluetooth, and take the steps previously mentioned.
As a rule of thumb, it’s always best to clear out your browser’s cookies, history, and cash files… to clear the memory. Hope that helps. Good luck.
