Heck I feel we were screwed with a pitch fork and then some, $100 this is
what you call support? Please, $0, talkback and their developers actually
listen to us. Respond to us on the eyes-free mailing list about talkback.

Many people still are up up on ICS and probably won't be for a while.
YOu are still selling the product to individuals and carriers and so you
should be supporting it. You have a good product, but the lack of support
isn't a good sign. Just because 4.1 is more accessible, doesn't mean there
isn't a place for you. Maybe the allowance of additional pages to your
launcher, and fixing our complaints would make you relivant again. We could
always have used the free talkback or spiel and other than an accessible
email client or browser, Ma really didn't offer much in the way of
accessibility that couldn't have been addressed for free or of lesser cost
than MA was. So why did people buy MA? They did so because at the time, it
was the best option out there and worth the money. What you have given us
since is nothing really substantial to keep your suite of applications and
your screen reader on top. You claim there is no need because of the
accessibility improvements, yet you support a dead os. If you are going to
support a dead os, then you really should still support those using
2.1/2.2/2.3 as well. It is exactly the same thing. Also because this is a
MA mailinglist and not a Mobile speak one, you continuing to provide Mobile
speak information here is insulting to the people still here that either are
purchasing your product, have a use for your product, or wish to use it
again when it is updated. You have a bad reputation in the accessibility,
and not just among the Mobile Accessibility users list, but with people
before MA came out. If as a company, you wish to not wind up going out of
business, you need to start treating your customers right.

>>> Subject: [MA] Mobile Speak V5.81 is now available!
>>>
>>> Hi everyone,
>>>
>>>
>>> We are happy to announce the release of v5.81 of Mobile Speak Symbian.
>>> It is another free upgrade for users with a v4.0 or later license.
>>> This version is a patch release which supports new firmware versions
>>> that have recently been released on some devices (Belle Refresh and
>>> Belle Feature Pack 2). In addition, some bug general bug fixes and
>>> improvements have been included (including support for the latest
>>> version of WhatsApp), so all users are encouraged to upgrade to v5.81.
>>> No TTS packages have been changed in this release, so there's no
>>> need to upgrade your TTS version if you already have the latest one
installed.
>>>
>>> If you currently have v5.80 installed, then you can go into
>>> Configure Mobile Speak > Options > Product downloads > Check for
>>> updates and follow the instructions to install this release on top
>>> of your current version. Please remember to install to the same
>>> memory location where Mobile Speak is currently installed. If you
>>> are prompted with something like "Unable to install. Some
>>> applications must be closed first. Close now?", choose OK and the
installation should proceed.
>>> After a few minutes, the installation will complete and Mobile Speak
>>> should be running (a restart of the device is recommended as always).
>>> Alternatively, you can download v5.81 from our web page at
>>> http://codefactory.es/en/downloads.asp?id=348#version_0_106. The
>>> direct link to the installer is
>> http://codefactory.es/download.asp?file=family_4/product_18/version_1

>>> predictive) may not be spoken correctly due to a firmware bug,
>>> although it can still be changed as always by pressing the # key.
