yes, but before you do what mike mentions, make sure you have another
screen reader active under settings > accessibility, otherwise you will
not have speech once you clear mobile accessibility's data.

accessibility and choose to clear the defaults. Now, when pressing the
home button, you will be asked what home screen to use, choose a diferent
