What are the steps if MA freezes while in the middle of scrolling through Contacts or other menu options. I really really need clarification on this. I cannot remove the battery on the Motorola 4. I get into trouble if I just keep hitting home screen to try to bring MA back up. Could someone please please give the instructions about using the select and menu keys to restore MA and then how to make sure MA is default home screen? Thanks for a most timely response.
