Yes, you can use them both at the same time. I've done it. I'm running
Jellybean.
I find that talkback kind of dominates the phone, though. But the MA
home screen and all of its apps are still present. If you should exit
MA, though, Talkback will work just fine.
I think their being compatible means they don't interfere with one
another, and just because you have one doesn't mean the other won't
work. Hope this helps.
