I am not sure about the particular phone. However, I have found that it gets confusing running two speech packages. I would choose one package and get a sighted person help you go into accessibility settings and put the check mark on whichever screen reader you are wanting to use. Hope that can provide some help. It may be that you have mistakenly turned airplane mode on. When you do that, all calls go to voice mail and you cannot call out. Make sure airplane mode is turned off on your phone.
