Here are some instructions I got from the developers. They are over in England
now. So you would want to call maybe about 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. your time.

The instructions for self-install are as follows:

1. Launch the Google Play store on the Android phone

2. In the search box at the top of the page that is displayed type
'GeorgiePhone Screenreader'

3. Pick GeorgiePhone from the resulting list

4. Press the Install button

5. Make sure the Auto-Update check box is checked

6. Wait for the download to complete

7. Press the Home button at the bottom of the screen

8. Select the Georgie Phone button as the default app

9. Select Always as the default app

10. Call us on 1 610-440-3171 and supply a) the phone number of the phone
and b) the IMEI (equipment identifier) of the phone so we can provision it for
full use.”

Do you know of any other keyboards I can check out?

Danielle <[email protected]> wrote:

I noticed. It would be nice for it to just let me know somehow when a letters
inserted in some way. Especially when I'm navigating text. I wish there was a
way like to switch between typing and navigating modes. I always end up
inserting random letters when I don't mean too.

As far as I know, MA is the only one that you can use volume keys to change
modes. If you have J B, Eyes-free keyboard doesn’t always play nice with it
anyway.

I think I will. I tried to use eyesfree keyboard but I couldn't get it to work
very well like changing modes wit the volume key, but I do like it.

Chris Miller <[email protected]> wrote:

It’s probably similar. First, you’d have to set it as the default keyboard.
I’m thinking though, if you’re using MA as your primary home screen and such,
you’re better off staying with what you already know.

I never tried my phones keyboard. Do u think its similar to using MA's
keyboard. How would I bringit up in edit boxes? Navigate with it?

Which keyboard do you use? Mine doesn't vibrate. On my old phone if I'm
remembering it correctly, it did vibrate.

Been a while since I used that keyboard, but the default behavior vibrated for
me when I inserted a letter.

Hi guys, is there a way for me to make it so that when I insert a letter with
the virtual keyboard it vibrates as I type?
