I wasn't speaking about vibrate on touch, I was speaking about the vibrate
patterns. when that's turned off then it could stop your phone from
vibrating on touch.
if you are having issues with your phone, and nothing seams to work, then I
would suggest for you to take it to the carrier that you're with, and see
what they can do to fix your phone.
