if the previous suggestion, that was given to you, doesn’t work, try doing the following: hold down your power button, until it says: “phone options”. and then use your arrow keys, and look for, the choices and see if it would say “silent mode, sound is on”. if the sound is not on, then it would say: “silent mode, sound is off”. if the sound is off then just hit enter or double tap the screen, and it would turn on the sounds, on your phone. that should fix the problem. sorry for being so technical but I just want to make sure you're following the correct steps to fix the problem with your phone.
