There was an update to Talkback in the google play store as of yesterday
7/15/2013. Does your phone have all its updates installed? I mean, do you
have all firmware and software updates installed on your device? You may
need sighted assistance to check this since you're having difficulty at the
moment.

Subject: [MA] problems with mobile accessibility
Hi I am new user to wireless accessability and I am using the one from
sprint and when I try to go into apps, it crashes and parts of my phone
work and parts do not work. Talkback is crashing a lot and I don't know if
the talkback scren is still checked, howdever when I go into the home
screen, I get speech through swireless accessability and otherwise I get
no spech when I bring up apps such as wonder radio and other programs. If
anyone else is experience this issue then let me know. I have the
motorolla photo and the newest beta of talkback which creahses often.
