So, you need to go to your home screen by pushing the "home" button. Then voice over should say "home". Then you have to slide your finger around--you know use the swipe with one finger--or just tap around until you hear settings. Than, you double tap on settings and then theres a list of settings and you double tap on general and explore your screen until you hear accessibility. The "tripple click" isn't in voice over its down at the very bottom. You can use a 3 finger swipe upwards to scroll through the options in any screen.
