You need to go to MA settings then to advanced, and check "use system call
screen" for this to work.

Hi I was trying to use my phone today and I placed a call and I had to
enter a number becuase it was a menu drivben service for our
transportation service and when I placed the call, I opened the screen
and I noticed I could not use the touch tones. Please help!
