I need help with that as well! Also, I have been trying to turn up the volume on my I pod touch and its just not loud! It say's that the volume is at 100 but it is not loud at all. When I connect it in a car it is loud on one side and the right side sounds low. Is there a balance area or another volume area I can tqackle to get more volume?
