Don't know. I very rarely receive phone calls, much less having to deal
with call waiting.

Depends on your phone. If you want to use volume up to answer, you might
look at EsButton. I have the power button to end calls, end EsButton I
use the volume up to answer, and volume down to reject.

In Jellybean it is different. The home key accepts calls, and the end key
rejects them. If you uncheck the "use system screens: box, you may have
trouble getting to the keypad within calls. Any thoughts?
