I use Talkback together with Jellybean 4.1.2 (latest update of Talkback)
quite frequently and find it very easy. Then I do not turn on Talkback
under accessibility, but use it as a screen reader together with
Talkback. Then the Android keyboard takes over and MA behaves a little
otherwise. But the Apps menu and settings work quite fine and especially
when you want to set either the music volume or the volume of ringtone.
Under settings you set the ringtone volume and outside settings you set
the music volume.
Do remember that the home key is then used to answer phone calls if you
do not use the swipe gesture.
