Just to add a plus one for this issue. I built a 12.04 64 bit maas on my vmware platform over the weekend and gave up with it at this point on the second install having been unable to figure out what was going on and getting exactly the same issue. It doesnt seem to me that the web interface is quite connected enough to the internals for me to be able to diagnose whats going on. Angus
