Helpdesk Engineer (Code : HE) Qualification : • Prefer man, below 28 years old • Experienced with Hardware (PC, Server, Notebook) • Experienced in Operating System (Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP and Linux) • 2 years of experience in Networking Concept & Implementation • 2 years of experience in Email System (Exchange, Domino) • 2 years of experience in Backup System (CA Brighstore, Symantec Veritas Backup Exec) • 2 years of experience in Security and Anti virus (Symantec, Mc Afee, Trend Micro, Etc) • Have good interpersonal skills and effective oral and written English communication skills 3. Software Account Manager (Code : SAM) Qualification : 1. Male/Female 2. Max. 30 years old 3. Have experience minimum 3 years sales in IT software environment 4. Have a good relationship in existing customer 5. Good Communication and Presentation skills 6. Excellent interpersonal skills 7. Ability to work under pressure, minimum supervised, focus on the business and targets. 8. Hard worker, eager to learn and adaptable, target & time oriented, able to work in a team, positive attitude 9. Fluent in English 10. Ability to work in demanding environment 11. Minimum Bachelor degree in any dicipline 12.
