Hello Jim

Are you checking mail on the same account as you specified for iCloud? The 
default for iCloud is, I believe, iCloud.com. So take the first part of your 
email address and put it before the "@" symbol and you might have some success. 
Just a guess as we were automatically given the email address 
[email protected] even though we didn't specify it.

Again this is only speculation, but maybe worth a try.
