either v o home to top and end for bottom, or v o shift home and end keys. For laptops you have to use function key in combo someone else will have to tell you that because I can never seem to remember the combo. Just did v o home and it took me back to top of what I'm writing, but there's been a time or two roaming around where I've had to use the shift in the combo too.
