Hello fellow listers,
Below is a link to a podcast I just sent to applevis.com. It goes over
the new features in List recorder 2.4. the update was just sent to Apple.
List Recorder is a feature rich audio recorder, note taker and organizer. It
is designed to be fully functional with Voice Over and useful to sighted folks
as well.
Here are the most important new features:
When using m4a you can add to a existing recording. You can both append to the
end or Prefix allows you to ad to the beginning. I knew i would like Append
but I actually use prefix more.
Remote may be familiar to those who use the music app especially with the ear
buds. this lets you start and stop play back of a item with a two finger
double tap. It also works insider outside the app. this also lets the user
control many of the audio playback options with either the ear buds remote or
the controls found on the far left screen in the app switcher. It even lets
you use air play if you like.
this version adds two more languages Dutch and Sweedish. All languages have
been translated by volunteers, many met from this list. If the language you
want is not there and you can help translate consider contacting me and I could
help set that up.
I really enjoyed working on this beta. I hope you find this podcast and the
new version helpful.
