There are several.
gnumail works almost exactly like apple mail and even comes with
source if you like that sort of thing (I do) I don't know if it works
on the later versions of ox, since I don't have them, but when I
tested it on tiger/leopard, it worked just fine.
There's another one I can't remember at the moment I tested, that
also worked well with voiceover, though it had some quirks that made
it a bit of a pain.
Doing a google search on osx mail clients turns up several, none of
which I've tested, other than the two I mentioned above, one of
which I can't remember. I know this isn't much help, but I did want
to alert folks to the fact that thre are other alternatives to apple
mail, so hope this helps anyway, even though it's a bit sparse on
details.
