Hi Esther, I had actually looked at my purchased items last night, but had failed to notice that my download had somehow gotten paused. When I pressed the resume button, everything woked like a charm! Your advice is what encouraged me to go back there and look more carefully! And, I'm definitely saving your message because I know it will be helpful to me in the future! Take care, and thanks for making my day!
