Hi Esther,

I had actually looked at my purchased items last night, but had failed to 
notice that my download had somehow gotten paused.  When I pressed the resume 
button, everything woked like a charm!  Your advice is what encouraged me to go 
back there and look more carefully!  And, I'm definitely saving your message 
because I know it will be helpful to me in the future!  Take care, and thanks
