Take a look at CCleaner and you'll see the difference when I speak of navigation straight away, a more straight-forward interface, no toolbars to deal with, nicely labelled buttons and tabs, tables etc.
There are times when Cocktail can lock up with Voiceover so you don't know what's happening. As I say, CCleaner at present is pretty basic so really it can't be compared to Cocktail but all the same, the software looks nice and I hope the developers get a good demand for it so they keep developing it.
