Right; if you want it in DVD format i think you'd need an authoring tool. But 
you could probably convert it to a video CD or DVE easily enough. I think 
Simply Burns will let you do that but, definitely, Dragon Burn will do it. But 
Dragon Burn is  a paid-for tool. There are most likely others which are free, 
and maybe others on list will know of some. I am trying to help you, you can 
count on that.
