This list that Sarah mentions is n ordered list that sighted folks can easily re-arrange with draging selected items. But I believe any new networks will be added to the bottom if you want to just delete and insert the network of concern.
I usually do this through system preferences. 1. Change to the Network System Preferences panel. 2. Make sure the panel is unlocked. 3. click advanced 4. Select the wireless tab if not selecded 5.
