Hello Nic,

I'm also not finding this option on my late 2010 MBA. Can you give some more 
details about where you found the "Lic Sleep" checkbox? I don't have a specific 
preference pane for it and haven't been able to locate it in either of the 
preference panes where I'd expect to find it: Energy Saver and Displays.

Also, could you give some details of your system? I wonder if the option might 
only be available for specific models or graphics cards, etc.

This is definitely an option I would find very useful.
