Hi Lynne, He was referring to the WI-Fi icon, I think.
I don't see why you'd be unable to format it as Case Sensitive, given that Disk utility gives you perfect access to all the utilities, as well as the formats. That's the only thing I don't understand, however, Disk utility seemed to be broken for me when erasing.
