Hi Sarah,

It may have been listed there, but even without VoiceOver this command works. I 
still find it strange there are two of them, as both actually work with 
VoiceOver disabled and from what I can tell, there is no difference between the 
commands except the fact that VoiceOver announces the change if using 
Option-Command-right or left arrow, as opposed to option-right and left arrow.
