It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it.  What you do is create the group, 
then you basically have to copy and paste people in to it from your all people 
list, or cards.  So just inter act with your name list, and drop them in to 
your group.    And the address book will use the most resent address that you 
emailed that person too.  HTH
