hi all I'm having a bit of a problem, wonder if anybody can help. I'm trying to get somebody with vision to give me a hand to import some certificate files. You need to drag & drop these files into two boxes within the software but the problem is that there seem to be windows on top of windows and we cannot move them so that the boxes are clearly visible.
I'm a bit confused because the only thing I have open is the Finder, but my helper still insists that he can't see the windows properly. Any thoughts and suggestions as to how to shift these would be appreciated.
