Hello Sarah We have a couple of these things and, to be honest, they're really nothing special. We've also had more trouble with WD drives than any other computing component. Seagate drives are faster, slicker, more reliable and more Mac compatible.
The thing I hate about the WD drives is that there's always a hidden partition on them which you can't re-format. Horrible!
