You will needed sighted help, partitioning the drive is easy using the boot camp utility, but once the mac boots from the windows disk, you will have no speech. Some people have memorized the key strokes but this is risky. A much better approach is to use vmware fusion, this will allow you to install windows in a virtual machine without sighted help.
