I do not think there is such a thing!
I don't think anyone has done a podcast either!
But as far as I know there is not a direct command option to answer a call!
As you have seen when someone calls you that is when the answer button turns up!
But if it suits you in the prefs somewhere you could set it to answer calls 
automatically!
