My launch pad has auto sorted itself by letter, but then again I don't use
it too much yet

Subject: Organising APPs in Launch Pad using VoiceOver
Hello,
Is it possible to organise your APPs in Launch Pad on Lion using
VoiceOver? I am familiar with setting up folders etc on the Launch Pad
equivalent on the iPhone but the same track pad gestures do not seem to
work on the iMac. My current Launch Pad occupies two pages and is not well
organised. I would like to cut it down to a single page and store related
APPs in folders.
