Hello Sarah and everyone else, I did some checking, and it turns out that iSync was not included in Lion. The solution, or so some of the forums suggest, is to copy iSync from the SL DVD into Lion's Applications folder. Furthermore, they say that the telephone plug-in also needs to be placed in the library. My phone is a Nokia E61. Does this mean that there was once upon a time an E61 plug-in on my Mac?
I have Time Machine, so I guess it wouldn't be too difficult to pick a date from when I used SL and grab the requisite files. My only problem, truth be told, is that I am afraid to try this for fear of messing up what I currently have. Is there any problems going back and just grabbing the old iSync, copy it to a thumb drive, restoring my system to the way it is now and just copying the file(s) from the thumb drive? And how can I determine which file was the necessary phone plug-in? My best to all, Mike from On 1,Sep,2011, at 10:23 PM, Sarah Alawami wrote: > did you check under utilities?
