Hello Donal

Yours is the second machine in less than a week that we've encountered with
this and we think it's a Safari extension. We think it has something to do with
the BBC Internet Radio streaming because according to the owner of the other
machine we've seen this on, that's what she was doing when this started
happening.

This is only our hypothesis but it sounds plausible we think.

Morning all,

When I launch Safari, this message is spoken and this benighted piece of cr..
software is started. Firstly, anyone know how I can ascertain what piece of
content is triggering the launch? Secondly, with the exception of the BBC
iPlayer, do I need this thing, or indeed, do I need it for the BBC site?
