Can you please tell me how to go to the favourite tool bar. I'm fairly new
at the Mac and I am still learning.

go to the favorites tool bar and click show list of folders. Now it should
look like your mail. You can now hit vo j to jump between folder and message
list. Once you're in the message list you can tab between message content
and message list. In message content you can jump between messages with left
and right arrow. I can do everything with 1 hand in the new modern view and
love it.
