Nope no issues and here's why. Imagine an advanced search already hidden for lack of a better word.
1. go to the search field. 2. type in your term. 3. wait for a second or two. 4. Now vo space on the pop up menu and choose your field you want the word to be in to when your search results are filtered. For example subject, message, etc. 5. wait a second and go to the results table. Take care all.
