Hi, Esther. Looks like I have to route the mouse to the VO cursor. How do I do that and get to the "double-click to upgrade"? Thansk.

Hi Matthew,

John's advice to do VO-Shift-Space executes a (software) mouse click. To double click you would hold down the Control, Option, and Shift keys and then tap the space bar twice. Occasionally software clicks do not work and you have to actually click with your trackpad or mouse (after making sure that your mouse cursor is routed to your VoiceOver cursor). The Numpad Commander assignment for a Mouse Click (pressing the "5" key on the Numpad) always seems to have the same status as a hardware click. (That is, it will work in the few situations where VO-Shift-Space does not, equivalent to physically clicking with a Mouse or Trackpad.)

HTH. Cheers,

Esther
