Tables is one that a lot of folks have used successfully with vo. I use one called sc, but I never share with others, so I don't need to worry about compatibility. Sc runs in terminal, and the one I ported was shamelessly swiped from a slackware distribution of linux, and can be found on my softcon pages at http://mac.softcon.com under the unix link.

There's a 30-day trial, and if I remember correctly, it's something like 30 bucks to register (I've not done so, since sc meets my needs)
