Hi Jeff,

I found the latest Dropbox Beta and it is number 1.2 something and I
was running 1.1 something. I now seem to be up and running correctly. Also, a
bonus Dropbox seems to be giving me more feedback. When the files are updated
I get a announcement telling me how many files have changed. When I deleted a
folder another announcement popped up with details. It seemed to be working
well with voice over. I'm not using growl so this was all part of the Dropbox
update.

I did find the tip about running the app from the disk image helpful. I had to
use the volume that opened on the desktop. I also made sure the old Dropbox
was closed by closing it in activity monitor.
