There's sample triggers, aliases, and mud logins in the muddle.sample file. After you load the file into text edit, just save it again (don't change it's type, it's a plain text file, and needs to stay that way) You'll need to take a look at the entries in the muddle.sample file, since that's where you'll find the samples that teach you how to make aliases, triggers, and the like. After you save the file, you'll need to rename it to .muddle (that's the word muddle preceeded by a period)

That's all you need to do for that.
After that's done, drop to terminal, and just type muddle and you're off and running. After this happens, type c and the name you used for the mud you wish to connect to, and you're off and running on the mud now, hope this helps.
