Hello Desi, First of all, is the preview pane still showing? In other words, when you arrow down through the messages, does each one open in turn and get marked as read? If so, position yourself on the horizontal splitter that divides the headers from the message body, bring the mouse to the VO cursor, and do a double click. That should put the horizontal splitter at the bottom of the window, and you should be able to arrow down through the messages and press Return on the one you want to read. It should then be read straight through.
This is how I read my messages. Cheers, Anne On 17 Oct 2011, at 17:58, Desi Noller wrote: > Thanks to Anne and Sarah, and another friend locally, I did get my e-mail set > to classic view.
